Terms of Service
The company of Riviera Press, SARL with a capital of 10 000 euros €, whose head office is 2000 route des Lucioles, Thalès A, CS 70337, 06410 Biot, registered in the Register of Commerce and Companies of Antibes under the number 812 415 552 (hereinafter "Riviera Press"), publishes a general information site www.e-rivierapress.fr , hereinafter the "Site" allowing access to various information, as well as to various complementary services and products, detailed below.
These general conditions of use, ("CGU"), subject to French law, are intended to govern the use of the Site as well as the use of the various paid or free services (hereinafter "Service (s) s) ”). Browsing the Site and / or registering for a Service automatically implies express and unreserved acceptance of the T & Cs by the user of the Site.
In the event of non-compliance with the terms of these T & Cs, Riviera Press reserves the right to take any measure likely to protect its interests and in particular to ensure its execution. Article 1 - Definitions

Article 2 - Presentation of the Site

The violation of these imperative provisions subjects the offender, and all persons responsible, to the criminal and civil penalties provided by law.
Riviera Press and / or its partners are the exclusive owners of all intellectual property rights attached to the name, logo and brands of the Site, its structure and packaging, databases and Content, throughout the world .
The dispatches are the intellectual property of the various press agencies partners of Riviera Press.
Company of Riviera Press consents to the User of the Site a right of private, non-collective and non-exclusive use on its content. Article 7 - Registration and Access

Article 8 - User contributions

Article 10 - Applicable texts - Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Article 11 - Autonomy of the terms of the T & Cs
In the event that any of the provisions of these T & Cs are deemed inapplicable under the law in force, the User and Riviera Press agree to renegotiate it in good faith in order to preserve the economic position from which they benefit as closely as possible of that mentioned under the provision rendered inapplicable.
If they fail to replace this provision in a mutually acceptable and applicable manner, this provision will be excluded hereof and the rest of the T & Cs will be interpreted as if this provision were excluded and will remain applicable.
Article 12 - Modification of the T & Cs
Riviera Press reserves the right to adapt or modify these T & Cs at any time. The new general conditions will, if necessary, be brought to the attention of the User by online modification.
