Fashoin Week: CAP3000 hosts its 1st Phygital fashion show

To celebrate Paris Fashion Week, CAP3000 is bringing the glamour south with their first fashion show, held live and digitally on social media.

Broadcast exclusively on the centre's social networks, this Grand Défilé fashion show on Thursday, 30 September promises an unprecedented experience, with looks composed by Margot Rousseau, a leading stylist for the biggest French fashion magazines. A unique opportunity to discover the season's trends at nightfall in the beautiful shopping centre dedicated solely to this event.

To guide spectators through the experience, the emblematic stylist and TV presenter, Émilie Albertini will be there live on Facebook and Instagram and Karina Vigier, the TikTok 'over 50 ambassador' will take over on this social network.

The beginning of autumn is the time for fashion weeks; it is during the one in Paris, which takes place from 27 September to 5 October, that CAP3000 launches the first edition of its Grand Défilé, called "Hymne à la Joie": A promise of a return to life, an enchanted and festive fashion interlude, and an original way to inspire its visitors before the start of the Privilege Offers (from 2 to 16 October inclusive).

A CONTEMPORARY AND CUTTING-EDGE SHOW

Don't just expect skinny young girls in outrageously expensive clothes!

CAP3000 chooses to be intergenerational and plural by proposing a mix & match fashion show. On the catwalk, the models will reflect our lively and eclectic society. Margot Rousseau will compose in-looks combining accessible brands and premium labels, using clothes and accessories from the participating centre's stores only. The staging of this "Hymn to Joy" will be in keeping with the event, with original music and a digital décor.

A PHYGITAL SHOW

This buzzword is back! CAP3000 is constantly striving to offer new and original experiences that reflect the current situation not only in fashion but aslo in life. Some VIPs (#CAPLovers, influencers, partners and journalists) will take their seas on the front row of this fashion show, but the event will also be broadcast live exclusively on CAP3000's social networks:

  • On the Facebook and Instagram pages, a one-hour show hosted by Émilie Albertini with the fashion influencers present at the fashion show and Margot Rousseau: presentation, fashion show, debrief and on-the-spot reactions.

  • On TikTok, CAP3000 entrusted the take over to Karina Vigier, the inspiring woman who defines herself as "a muse who has fun, a muse who laughs". The 50-year-old has more than 362,000 followers on TikTok and 28,000 followers on Instagram.

For those who run late, it will be available for replay on the Digital Wave, the XXL screen in the central square of CAP3000, for the duration of the Privilege Offers and on the centre's social networks.

Felipe Goncalves, Managing Director of CAP3000 is excited about the new innovative event: "With this Grand Défilé, "Hymne à la Joie", CAP3000 offers a 100% phygital show, in line with the new expectations of consumers. Today, they are looking for inspiration online before coming to the shop to buy. This is what CAP3000 offers them: an invitation to follow an inspiring and unique show.

After having collaborated with Grazia, M, Le Monde and Glamour Paris, she is now a consultant for international brands, in parallel with her activities as a stylist for fashion magazines and television.

Karina Vigier: This woman of character, at the head of women's and children's fashion magazines, discovered a new playground at the dawn of her fifties: "Myself", as she likes to say quite simply. Her first TikTok video was made on a day of confinement. Very quickly, it went viral, with more than a million views and propelled Karina Vigier among the "inspiring women" online. Today she is one of the main French TikTok ambassadors.
