Join Mimosa for a community Coffee Morning online
Updated: Apr 16, 2021
Save the date: On 4 February 2021, Join Mimosa Talks, a virtual coffee morning for World Cancer Day with talks on health and well-being by local experts.
For the past two years, Mimosa, the association devoted to the fight against cancer here on the Cote D’Azur, has been encouraging us to hold coffee mornings on World Cancer Day to raise both awareness and money for their projects.
This year, with Covid-19 still very much restricting our social interactions, they are organising a live, virtual event running all morning, with a schedule of speakers covering a wide variety of topics.
This event is open to all, allowing you to attend the entire presentation (from 9 am - 12:30 pm) or just “drop-in” for a coffee at the moment something piques your interest. Each 10-minute talk will be followed by a short question and answer session. Donations are voluntary but greatly support the work of the association so, take time out for coffee with Mimosa on World Cancer Day!
The programme of speakers starts at 9 am:
Tracy Leonetti, relocation expert, will talk about the French healthcare system for long- term illness cover
