Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer international culinary weeks

Seven deliciously themed weeks will take you on a culinary trip around the world at the SBM Resorts from September 2021 to January 2022.

Following on from the "Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo", which brings together chef duos in its starred restaurants, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer will be honouring its restaurants, bistros and brasseries with seven themed culinary weeks from 27 September to 16 January 2022.

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer is constantly promoting gastronomy within its Resort and will be offering a wide range of culinary diversity to awaken our taste buds through menus that are "accessible to all."

Kicking off the 'Culinary Weeks' is the Monte-Carlo Beach brasserie, Le Deck, offering a week dedicated to Greek cuisine. This will be followed by six other gourmet weeks in six other establishments of the Monaco group. All of which are opportunities to discover lesser-known restaurants or to rediscover them with new flavours.

The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has set itself the challenge of offering a journey through the cuisines of other countries while (re)discovering the well-known and lesser-known addresses that give the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer its name. Resort itsThis is the new challenge facing the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer with its Culinary Weeks. From 27 September 2021 to 16 January 2022, the Group's brasseries, bistros and restaurants will take turns to offer Monegasques, locals and all food lovers a whole programme based on the tasting of original flavours:

27 September to 3 October: Le Deck & Greek cuisine

The brasserie, Le Deck, with its exceptional panorama over the bay of Monaco, is opening up even more to the big blue by proposing the unmissable Greek cuisine every lunchtime. For lovers of shared dishes and sun-drenched products, Chef Pascal Garrigues will be on hand at Monte-Carlo Beach to bring the 2021 Monte-Carlo Beach season to a close in style.

11 to 17 October: Mada One & Caribbean cuisine

Located in the One Monte-Carlo district, Mada One is the place to be for Monegasques for its Snackonomie concept imagined by the Martinique chef Marcel Ravin. For this thematic week, Mada One is taking on the flavours of the Caribbean, and throughout the day will be offering the delights of the islands to experience an Indian summer full of flavours and colours.

25 to 31 October: Limùn & plant-based cuisine

Every day a different vegetable is cooked, in front of the customer in the heart of the Beaumarchais lobby of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo: this is the Limùn theme week. Following the concept of "from the earth to the plate", Chef Jean-Philippe Borro and his teams will be presenting the marvellous products of the hotel's vegetable garden, delicately sublime.

15 to 21 November: The Salon Rose & Monegasque cuisine

To celebrate the week of the bank holidays, the Salon Rose is brandishing the flag of the Principality in the kitchen. The famous local specialities are offered by the chef Thierry Saez-Manzanares and his teams, at lunchtime and in the evening in the heart of the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo* throughout this culinary week. *Open only to 18 years or older.

29 November to 5 December: L'Orange Verte & Oriental cuisine

L'Orange Verte, the bistronomic restaurant of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, directed by Chef Marcel Ravin, offers its guests the chance to travel to the heart of oriental cuisine for lunch or dinner. A culinary voyage of discovery to be savoured in the winter garden or on the sunny terrace.

6 to 12 December: Café de Paris Monte-Carlo & shellfish

The end of the year is celebrated with the treasures of the sea in the mythical Café de Paris Monte-Carlo brasserie. Their shellfish platter will awaken the taste buds of seafood lovers, to be enjoyed on the spot or even taken away.

10 to 16 January 2022: L'Hirondelle & detox cuisine

At the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo, wellness cuisine is in the spotlight all year round and will be celebrated with chef Jean-Laurent Basile around a detox menu. An absolute must after the holidays, taking care of yourself will be a real treat.
